With the support of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, the ROTOBO Association organized the II meeting of the business dialogue “Central Asia – Japan”, reports the press service of the Turkmen Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The meeting was attended by the ambassadors of the Central Asian countries in Japan, representatives of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, heads of the economic committees established with the states of the Central Asian region, and business representatives from Japan.
Delegates from Turkmenistan spoke about the state of trade and economic relations with Japan and the priority areas of bilateral cooperation, as well as favorable conditions for foreign companies created in Turkmenistan.
The participants of the meeting noted that the upcoming first summit of the leaders of the countries of the dialogue “Central Asia – Japan” will contribute to the development of trade relations between the states of the Central Asian region and Japan.
In conclusion, the parties signed a Joint Statement on the results of the second session of the Central Asia-Japan Business Dialogue.
