Construction of six apartment buildings for displaced people from emergency housing is underway in Seryedniakolymsk

In the city of Seryedniakolymsk, six multi-apartment residential buildings are currently being built for immigrants from dilapidated and dilapidated housing. After the facilities are commissioned, 100 families will be resettled there immediately. Three houses are being built by “NordEngineering” company, two by “Uskhodprambud” LLC, one more by “Green Hector” LLC.

The first vice-premier of Yakutia, Dmitriy Sadovnikau, works in the Middle Kolyma district, today he checked how the republican targeted program of resettlement of citizens from emergency housing is being implemented in the district.

After inspecting all six construction sites, the First Deputy Prime Minister instructed to increase the workforce and accelerate the pace of work, because the construction of gray objects is behind schedule. According to Sadovnykav, the readiness of the objects is different, but the problems faced by the contractors are very similar. They are connected, first of all, with the delivery of building materials.

“Part of what is missing will be brought in for summer navigation. There are also complaints about the labor force that construction organizations must add,” the first vice-prime minister noted.
